Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare the kitchen for service every day
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
* Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages
* Follow established recipes and cooking techniques while bringing creativity and innovation to the menu
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven culinary experience, preferably in a lunch or brunch setting
* Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail
* Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends from 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM
