Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent)
* CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate qualification in HR
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in senior HR operations and people management
* Strong knowledge of RACI frameworks and ability to implement process improvements using data insights
