Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure Personal Plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* To provide the highest quality of care and support to individuals.
* To support the Person in Charge, manage team members, and coordinate input from other departments as required.
* To provide mentorship and leadership to the team daily.
* To oversee the service across shifts, ensuring effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Requirements:
* A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (or suitable equivalent qualification with a management qualification in Healthcare).
* Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Relevant life experience.
* A Full Driver's Licence is required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
