Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Business Analyst (5–10 years) with a strong background in React and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
Lead workshops, interviews, and other requirement-gathering activities.
Support the design and implementation of digital solutions using React and AEM platforms.
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.
Required Experience & Skills
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or software development environments.
Proven experience working with React (understanding of component-based architecture, state management, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – ideally in content modelling, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and other BA toolkits.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Agilist).
Familiarity with TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture artefacts is a plus.
