Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and immaculate luxury environment

3. Deliver exceptional service to clients, supporting relationship-building and repeat business
4. Drive sales performance through strategic planning and client development
5. Manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation of fine jewellery collections
6. Ensure showroom security and adherence to jewellery handling protocols
7. Handle operational administration including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
8. Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
About You:
You should have proven experience in luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail management. You must be naturally client-centric with a passion for service, storytelling, and relationship-building. You also require strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams.
The ideal candidate should be commercially astute with a focus on sales performance and showroom KPIs. They must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity is expected.
