Overview
Reporting to the Sr Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and support product lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate and timely system data to enable effective planning, scheduling, warehouse, and execution processes aligned with Dexcom's operational standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) across make and buy items and manage system updates in line with approved changes.
Collect, validate, and update master data for Purchasing (Buy Items), Production Planning (Make Items), Warehousing, and Inventory processes.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness within ERP systems.
Track ECO progress and escalate issues when required.
Assist with phase-in and phase-out of parts, product revision changes, and update system data to support production and procurement readiness.
Provide accurate data inputs to support MRP and planning activities.
Support resolution of data-related issues impacting Supply Chain operations.
Identify and support improvements in data accuracy and processes.
Follow established data governance and change control procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
Exposure to master data, planning, and purchasing processes.
Familiarity with item master data structures.
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with Copilot, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheets is preferable.
Experience in the medical device or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PLM, and Anaplan systems; network knowledge advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of related experience.
