Our client in Dublin 2 is seeking a reliable and organised Part-time Administrator to support a busy team on a short-term basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable managing a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position is offered on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week, with an initial contract of approximately 3–4 months.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support across the team
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Processing applications and ensuring all information is complete and compliant
Managing inbox queries and coordinating meeting schedules
Taking meeting notes and preparing documentation
Supporting ongoing process improvements and workflow organisation
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience using MS Office, including Excel and Teams
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Experience working with databases or internal systems would be beneficial but not essential.
