Then this might be the role for you Manage a building suppliers branch in the South East of Ireland and join a company that knows your worth.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage a large team of staff in a building suppliers.
* Oversee KPI's, rosters, budgeting and stock control.
* Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
* Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
* Hire and train employees
* Meet with finance and operations departments regularly
* Maintain updated market knowledge, capitalising on trends and ensuring the branch is growing steadily improving its product offering

IDEAL CANDIDATE

* 5+ years' of management or supervisory experience in a construction / building materials role
* Experience in managing teams
* Building / construction materials knowledge essential
* Supplier management
* Leadership and supervisory qualities
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
