Senior Vendor Operations Project Manager (11-month contract)
Location: Dublin, hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 11 months, potential to extend
We are hiring an experienced Senior Vendor Operations Project Manager to support a high-impact operations excellence team within a global tech organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex vendor-related programs, and engages confidently with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead vendor-related project activities, including escalations, risk assessments, communication and operational coordination.
Manage org-wide initiatives by maintaining timelines, documentation, decision logs, and action trackers.
Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, prepare leadership‑level updates, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and process‑improvement opportunities.
Support reporting, dashboards, documentation accuracy, and program governance.
Ideal Candidate
7–10 years of project management, operations or program coordination experience.
Strong vendor operations background with experience handling escalations and sensitive data.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver timelines, materials and decks at pace.
Strong communication skills across global stakeholders.
Tech‑savvy, with experience using PM tools; AI‑assisted workflows is a strong advantage.
Experience in a high‑growth or large‑scale tech environment preferred.
