As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include: Lead and manage all on-site activities for the 100 house development project.
Ensure the project is delivered in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with contract manager, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety protocols, and company standards.
Mentor and manage site staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
Handle any challenges on-site with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
About You: Minimum of 7 years' experience in site management, with at least 5 years as a Site Manager on large residential projects.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain excellent working relationships.
Thorough knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €85,000 - €90,000 + package.
