FMCG Visual Merchandiser role:

We provide dedicated permanent sales teams for leading FMCG brands. We are currently recruiting for a Merchandiser for Greater Dublin Area for the Back to School Project.
We seek a motivated and results-driven Merchandiser for a 4-week temporary contract with a potential for extension. You will play a key role in expanding our client's customer base, fostering long-lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Focus: Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners, both new and existing, to expand the brand's presence and maximize sales potential.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for your region, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the retail landscape.
* In-Store Promotion: Collaborate with retail partners to execute effective in-store promotions, ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and consumer engagement.
* Merchandising: Maintain a strong understanding of category management principles and collaborate with retailers to optimize shelf space and product displays.
* Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships and networking opportunities.
* Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and journey plans.
What do you need?
* Results-oriented approach with a passion for the FMCG industry and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* At least 1 years of proven experience, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors.
* History of exceeding sales goals, developing new business, and fostering strong client relationships.
* Proficient in using handheld technology, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
* Capable of working independently to achieve results while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
* Candidate requires a full B Irish/EU licence.
