Job Title: Premises Compliance Specialist
A Quality Officer is required to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Learn and understand raw material specifications for all pork, beef, and white meat supplied to our site.
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm compliance with established specifications.
* Conduct regular audits of the production floor to identify opportunities for improvements in quality control processes.
* Carry out daily quality checks throughout production, addressing any issues that arise on site.
* Collaborate with the Quality Team on ongoing Technical projects related to product development and compliance initiatives.
