Job description:
Main duties will include:
* Processing of warranty claims
* Implementation of warranty standards & compliance with factory standards
* Responsible for the return of warranty parts to the manufacturer
* Provide advice and assistance to the Aftersales Team
* Liaise with Technical team
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with manufacturers/brands
* Attend training sessions when required

Key Requirements
* Minimum of two to three years' experience within the Motor Industry
* Experience with Autoview system desirable.
* Possess a strong technical understanding
* Be fluent in verbal and written English
* Full Clean Driving Licence
