Our client, one of Ireland's fastest growing builders' providers and leading suppliers of building materials, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their Killarney location.

The Role:
This role would suit someone with previous managerial experience in the trade/construction sector with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities to include:
As Sales Manager, you will actively manage key trade accounts and drive sales within the branch promoting products and services. You will be reasonable for management of people, driving sales and operational excellence.
You will create a culture and environment that engages and motivates your team.
Skills & Experience that we need:

Understand the strengths of the people in your team.
Always maintain excellent store standards and a safe working environment
You will be responsible for sales and purchasing and will work closely with suppliers, and manage the administration of key accounts, build relationships with customers, negotiate deals and new business development.
