Full-Time Front of House Support Staff
to join our vibrant team on a fixed seasonal contract. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, warmth, and a passion for hospitality. Candidates with waitress and
barista experience
are especially encouraged to apply.

Front Of House Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
* Present menus and confidently describe dishes, drinks, and specials.
* Provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
* Take orders accurately and process them through the EPOS system.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
* Manage your restaurant section, ensuring guests are cared for throughout their visit.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
* Ensure dishes and drinks meet quality and visual standards before service.
* Identify and accommodate customer needs, including special requests.
* Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
* Process payments and close bills accurately.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year Front of House experience required.
* Barista skills highly desirable.
* Experience with EPOS/cash register systems.
* Strong customer-service mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
* Ability to follow company uniform and grooming guidelines.
* Must be legally authorised to work in Ireland.
