Job Description
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Sales Development is the start of an incredible career journey in Sales. You will be coached through LinkedIn's Sales Academy, with progression opportunities into the sales organization and leadership roles.
Responsibilities
* Qualify and develop leads through strong communication and discovery. You are the first point of contact with a client and the face of LinkedIn.
* Develop strong sales skills and techniques through LinkedIn's Sales Academy.
* Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for the business.
* Plan and prioritize your accounts effectively through LinkedIn's platforms and insights.
* Take intelligent risks to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
* Maximise personal development through 1-to-1 coaching with your manager and wider team.
* Be target driven to reach and overachieve individual and team results.
* Maintain LinkedIn’s culture and values when interacting with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a target-driven environment.
* Fluency in German.
* Business fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in SaaS, sourcing or a lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry.
* Experience working with CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.
* Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritize tasks and deal with ambiguity.
* Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
* Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with strong attention to detail.
* Motivated to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player.
* Motivated by a career in sales and eager to learn.
