Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This role is central to keeping our sales function running at its bestwhether thats through data reporting, customer onboarding, or keeping internal processes sharp and well-documented. Youll be helping both colleagues and clients by ensuring that the sales cycle is smooth, efficient, and insight-driven. What Youll Do: Visit client sites across the UK and Ireland when needed, assisting with training, implementation, and onboarding. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to coordinate customer onboarding and related administration. Keep sales processes and workflow documentation up to date to ensure consistency across the business. Contribute to internal sales meetings by preparing agendas, tracking follow-up actions, and producing KPI dashboards. Build and deliver clear, accurate reports for enterprise customers, highlighting sales results, trends, and performance. Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, and related documents, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met. Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as database updates, processing orders, and general correspondence. What You'll Need: Strong with numbers and comfortable analysing data, identifying patterns, and turning them into useful insights. Able to manage multiple priorities at once while keeping a close eye on detail. Happy to travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland on a regular basis. Solid Excel skills; knowledge of reporting tools or dashboards would be an advantage. Experience in proposal/tender preparation would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement systems is a plus. Previous experience in a sales support, customer onboarding, or enablement role would be helpful but isnt essential. A full, clean driving licence is required for travel with this role.
