Lead the Way – Arb Team Leader, PICW Wanted in the Tullamore area.
Ground Control is expanding in Ireland, and we're looking for an experienced Arb PICW or Contracts Authorised Team Leader to join our growing Arb Utility division across the Tullamore area.
The Role:
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a 3-person team in the safe removal and clearance of vegetation and trees around power lines. Utility Arboriculture experience is preferred but not essential – however, strong leadership and arborist qualifications are a must.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Arborist with leadership experience
- ESB PICW authorisation or Contractor Team Lead (CTL) qualification
- Utility Arb experience (preferred but not essential)
- Health & Safety-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and manage a team
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays, depending on workload
