As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties that will be centred around residential block management administration. The role will involve interacting with our Property, Maintenance & Accounts teams and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
Job Duties include:
· Provision of day to day support to the Property Managers.
· Maintaining and updating property database.
· Key/Access Management (arranging and distributing keys as necessary).
· Assisting with Client Reports, Client meeting preparation.
· Assisting with service charge collection.
· Liaising with contractors and support the Property Manager with procurement and scheduling of works.
· Invoice entry
· General office administration
Previous office administration experience is preferrable. Ideally the candidate will have experience in property administration, but we will provide full training for the right candidate.
We are looking for proactive, articulate and focused individuals. Most importantly, you need to be very well organised; an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.
Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The first 4 - 6 months of this position will be office based to ensure adequate guidance and training, with a hybrid working model available thereafter.
