Customer Experience Advocate Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting clients' customers with general enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and friendly support to customers
* Create positive impressions and build trust with every interaction
* Start dates for start October
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in similar environment
2. Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
4. Having excellent organisational skills
5. Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
6. Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
7. Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
