This is a hands-on Restaurant Manager role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and setting standards through presence rather than policy. The restaurant is focused on seasonal Irish produce, well-executed menus and a calm, professional service style. As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the kitchen team and senior hotel management to deliver a seamless guest experience. This role suits an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step into a larger, more rounded position.
