Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors by answering phone calls, greeting guests, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Daily resident check-in and distribution of applications to prospective employees.
* Maintain accurate records and sort mail, internal messages, and packages for residents and staff.
* Knowledge of resident apartments, in-house facilities, and local information to assist with resident queries.
* Reserve the private dining area for residents and guests, and collect work orders and information for the maintenance director.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
* Possess a positive attitude that supports team performance and productivity.
Work Environment:
This role involves standing for long periods and requires effective communication, sitting, standing, walking, and using hands to handle various equipment and objects. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
