We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned General Manager seeking their next challenge. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience as a General Manager, preferably with a background in a similar setting and a solid grasp of food and beverage operations. We're looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic, yet meticulous in delivering exceptional service by paying attention to even the smallest details.
Your responsibilities in this role would include:
* Leading and motivating Heads of Departments
* Maintaining high standards and ensuring effective delivery of services across all hotel departments
* Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, sales and marketing, front office, accommodation, maintenance, food and beverage, finance, and human resources
* Closely collaborating with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to achieve outstanding customer service and maximize profitability in the Food & Beverage Department
* Managing budgets, financial plans, and controlling expenditures
* Setting and achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining accurate financial records
* Analyzing sales figures and developing effective marketing and revenue management strategies
* Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all business decisions
* Implementing a comprehensive training and development plan
* Making informed business decisions that focus on service quality and overall hotel profitability
* Regularly attending daily and weekly team meetings
* Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations
Key Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager
Degree Level: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
