Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Home Based (West Ireland region)
Type: Full-time, 12 Month Contract

We're seeking a customer experience specialist with a passion for helping others to join our friendly, customer-focused team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have smooth, memorable trips — from booking through to walking the trails.
This role is home-based (your primary residence only), Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Responding to customer emails and calls in a friendly, efficient way
* Booking accommodation and transfers
* Updating customer documentation with care and accuracy
* Using our in-house software to manage bookings
* Collaborating with your team to solve issues quickly
* Working smartly and resourcefully to meet and exceed metrics and deadlines
* Participating in our on-call rotation during the walking season
* Attending occasional training or meetings in Galway
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in German and/or Spanish would be a distinct advantage (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
* A calm demeanour, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* A team player with a can-do, positive attitude
* Self-discipline and motivation to stay on task and manage your time effectively
* Able to work remotely in a quiet, dedicated space with strong broadband
* Within 1 hour of Galway (for occasional meetings/training)
