The Office of the Secretary partners with senior management, control groups, and corporate units to promote effective governance and company secretarial services.

As an Assistant Vice President - Company Secretary within this office at J.P. Morgan, you will oversee and deliver corporate governance and company secretarial services to the Firm's subsidiaries operating in Ireland.

You will act as the lead strategic business partner to senior stakeholders within EMEA, providing advice on corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

* Oversee and deliver corporate governance and company secretarial services to the Firm's subsidiaries operating in Ireland.
* Act as the lead strategic business partner to senior stakeholders within EMEA.
* Work closely with the Head of OTS for Ireland and other members of OTS globally.
* Provide proactive support to Irish boards and senior management on corporate governance matters.
* Monitor changes in corporate legislation and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Governance Services: Oversee and deliver day-to-day corporate governance and company secretarial services in respect of Irish legal entities, including board/board committee governance and legal entity management.

2. Strategic Partnerships: Act as the lead strategic business partner to senior stakeholders within EMEA, providing advice on corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

3. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of OTS for Ireland and other members of OTS globally, and provide proactive support to Irish boards and senior management on corporate governance matters.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in corporate legislation and regulatory environments, and take or recommend action as appropriate.
