Together, we deliver high-performance solutions that power the future of mission-critical infrastructure.What You Will DoDrive New Business:Identify, pursue, and win new Data Centre clients across EMEA, focusing on custom HVAC solutions including Air Handling Units, CRAC/CRAH systems, FAN Walls, CDUs, and MDC units.Own the Sales Cycle:From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales process with precision and urgency.Deliver Technical Expertise:Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive tailored HVAC solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.Build Strategic Relationships:Engage with consulting engineers, architects, and data centre stakeholders to position our solutions as best-in-class.Exceed Targets:Consistently hit and surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.Stay Ahead of the Market:Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.How You Will Do ItHunter Mentality:You thrive onidentifyingand converting new leads, not just managing existing accounts.Consultative Selling:You combine technical knowledge with a deep understanding of client needs to deliver value-driven solutions.Collaboration:Work closely with internal product,logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Efficiency & Ownership:You take initiative, manage your pipeline proactively, and ensure every opportunity is maximized.Agility:You adapt quickly to changing client needs and market dynamics, always staying one step ahead.What We Look ForProven Sales Experience:Minimum3+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within HVAC, DataCentreor related engineering sectors.Track Record of Success:Strong “Hunter” mentality.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Technical Acumen:Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate technical features into client benefits.Self-Starter:Highly motivated, independent, and driven to succeed.Excellent Communicator:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Organised & Detail-Oriented:You manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.#AVRIL
