About the position
Advise private businesses, owners of private businesses, high net worth individuals and families on a diverse range of tax and non tax matters
Some projects include advising on structuring for high net worth individuals, succession & estate planning, corporate advice, business owner advice, transaction services and M&A
Develop your own relationships with a portfolio of clients and develop new client relationships
Be proactive in bringing innovative ideas to your clients
Collaborate with the team on solving complex probems and also to develop digital tools to help maximise client experience
Coach and develop less experienced members of the team
About the person
Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) operating at senior manager or director level with a private client / business tax background
Strong technical and client relationship skills with excellent advisory skills
Ambitious individual keen to continue to develop and seek progression opportunities
Team player, ability to motivate and encourage others to achieve their potential
