We are seeking an exceptional Senior Venue Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills, with a minimum 35 years experience in high-volume, fast-paced venue management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of a high-end restaurant and bar ensuring seamless execution
* Lead, train, and inspire a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest service
* Coordinate between service, kitchen, and support teams to drive efficiency and quality
* Drive sales growth, manage key performance indicators, and monitor commercial targets
* Maintain highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and compliance across the venue
* Support senior leadership with strategic planning, marketing, and event execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 35 years experience as a General Manager or senior FOH manager in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
* Strong background in city center restaurant or high-end venue operations management
* Proven ability to manage large teams in a dynamic hospitality environment
* Excellent communication, leadership, and guest engagement skills
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and targets
* Flexible, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
