The purpose of the role is to offer strategy, finance, and operations for privately owned and family business SMEs. Reporting directly to the CEO theyre looking for someone with the ambition and drive to broaden their expertise, support their management team, and contribute to wider business advisory projects that deliver real value to their clients. Responsibilities Prepare accurate financial accounts and provide professional services to our clients on an annual and ad-hoc basis. Ensure assignments are recorded and billed accurately, on budget, and to the highest standard. Manage reconciliations and accounts file preparation with a keen eye for detail. Support clients and their finance functions with sound business, financial, and accounting advice. Collaborate closely with our experienced management team on compliance and strategic projects. Experience and Qualification Requirements Qualified financial accountant with experience in a professional services firm. Solid grounding in accounting, audit, and taxation. Eager to develop beyond compliance work and gain insights into business strategy. Proactive, resilient, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
