We are seeking a seasoned Sponsorship and Partnership Manager to spearhead our partnership strategy, driving brand growth, audience engagement, and commercial success.
* Develop and evolve the sponsorship and partnership strategy to grow brand relevance, audience connection, and commercial return.
* Embed activity across wider marketing and customer experience initiatives.
* Secure and manage high-value sponsorships, set ambitious KPIs, and deliver strong ROI.
* Lead and mentor a small team, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Growth in sponsorship ROI, brand equity, and customer retention.
* Strong integration of sponsorships into marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
* High-impact events and partnerships recognised at a national level.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of securing and managing major sponsorships. You must possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in marketing management, sponsorship, or partnerships.
