ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution of all downstream process steps in the MS&T labs, including column chromatography, UF/DF and filtration.
Design of experimental approaches to address manufacturing challenges.
Support of upstream MS&T labs with bioreactor sampling and data collection.
Support of process analyics MS&T labs with execution of specific analytical assays.
Engagement with site safety and training programs to ensure compliance with metrics.
Support troubleshooting of manufacturing process-related events and evaluate new process technologies using scale-down models.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
Degree in Biological or Chemical Sciences/Engineering preferred, with at least 1 year direct lab experience working in the downstream space.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and communicate data.
Ability to identify scientific/operational gaps and propose solutions.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective in a team environment.
