Whether troubleshooting in the field, excelling in customer service, or undergoing advanced training, each day offers new challenges and rewards.What We OfferAnnual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays.Pension Scheme: 5% company match.Life Assurance: 4x your salary.Tools Provided: Company van and tablet.Working Hours: 8:00 AM5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (42 hours/week).Lunch Allowance.Overtime Rates: Time and a third (MonFri outside regular hours); Time and a half on optional Saturdays.Key ResponsibilitiesManage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.Conduct visual risk assessments and escalate concerns as needed.Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.Plan efficient travel routes using SATNAV.Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.Essential CriteriaRelevant experience in a similar role.Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).Clean Irish driving licenseProficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.Strong troubleshooting skills in challenging environments.Desirable CriteriaExperience in electrical or mechanical engineering.Familiarity with the wastewater industry, including sewage systems.About Kingspan Light, Air + WaterKingspan Light, Air + Water is a global division of Kingspan Group, operating in 20 countries.
