Overview
HR Generalist – French Market at Ryanair - Europe\'s Favourite Airline. Based in our Dublin HQ, the HR Generalist will support the day-to-day management of approximately 600 French-based employees and travel to assigned bases to meet with employees and answer queries.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with responsibilities spanning drafting contracts, payroll administration, employee relations, and more, while acting as a HR Manager for the employees under your remit.
Duties Include
* Managing the entire HR process for French-based employees including payroll administration, disciplinary hearings and legal case preparation.
* Maintain HR databases to ensure files and the HR system are up to date and accurate.
* Weekly reporting to the HR Manager on all HR issues in your area.
* Assist with employee and industrial relations and react to union queries.
* Contract, payroll and reference administration.
* Assist with preparation for legal cases.
* Travel to France to meet with employees on general employment matters, attend interviews and employee negotiations.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* HR, Business or relevant degree or masters essential.
* Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal).
* Able to demonstrate up to 1 year of experience in HR dealing with French-based employees and/or French labour law (preferred).
* Ability to work in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
