Senior Account Director (Brand & Design)
We are looking for a Senior Account Director on behalf of a top-tier brand and design consultancy. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role focused on managing key accounts, mentoring teams, and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate brings agency-side experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead senior client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term success
* Mentor and guide the client services team to deliver best-in-class service
* Drive organic account growth through strategic insight and relationship development
* Collaborate with creative, strategy, and business teams to align work with client goals
* Enhance agency performance through process and operational improvements
* Manage account forecasting, profitability, and resource planning
* Represent the agency in senior client and internal stakeholder interactions
Requirements
* 8+ years of agency experience in branding, design, or strategy
* Proven leadership of high-performing account teams
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salary from €70,000 DOE
