We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an EHS Officer to join our dedicated team, supporting our valued client TikTok at their Dublin office. This role will play a key part in upholding best-in-class EHS practices and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, safety-focused working environment in collaboration with one of the worlds leading technology companies. Job Description Participating in the Employee Safety Committee and helping to direct the Committee's activities to ensure good engagement from employees. Be hands-on with the local OHS program in Offices as well as support stakeholders globally. Prioritize work based on team objectives. The team has weekly meetings to prioritize what will be done for the week. Work comes from various sources: new or updated activities from work teams, injury investigations, maintaining OHS tools and systems. Establish and meet deadlines. Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities for the program. Provide regular status reports to your manager and other stakeholders. Sort and archive documents in record retention database Oversee data entry for new incident management tool. Collaborate with Facilities group on incident investigations. Oversee data transfer between old and new training databases and incident management databases. Conducting risk assessments for job tasks. Investigating incidents. Assisting work teams to implement hazard controls. Maintaining required documents. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in project management required. Preferred candidates will have experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other Microsoft tools, or be able to learn to use them. Must be proficient in the use of SharePoint. Skills: Occupational Health and Safety Health & Safety ergonomics
