UCD Professional Academy delivers industry-relevant education in the form of short courses, and corporate training programmes designed to build the skills Ireland needs for the future of work. We’re part of University College Dublin, one of the world’s leading universities, and we work with hundreds of corporate partners each year to develop their people and strengthen organisational capability.
As we continue to expand our corporate learning proposition, including the launch of multiple new products into the market, we’re looking for a Digital Corporate Marketing Manager who can blend digital strategy, data-driven insight, and event management to drive growth and engagement across our corporate audience. This is a unique opportunity to build an exciting B2B marketing proposition within a pivotable and growing part of UCD Professional academy.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative innovator to redefine how our B2B marketing is done, blending digital, data, and commercial thinking to drive real impact. It’s a unique chance to build and scale a best-in-class B2B marketing function within one of Ireland’s most trusted brands.
This is a pivotal role in shaping how UCD Professional Academy connects with HR, L&D, and business leaders across Ireland. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing activity for the corporate segment — from campaigns and events to digital content and CRM optimisation. You’ll also play a central part in building our “always-on” marketing engine, using HubSpot and analytics to ensure every campaign is trackable, optimised, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the corporate sales strategy (including Skill Sprints and product bundles).
* Manage campaign design and execution in HubSpot — from segmentation and email workflows to reporting and optimisation.
* Lead the creation of digital-first content: case studies, buyer guides, event assets, and thought leadership tailored to HR/L&D audiences.
* Lead content operations for Corporate including Video/white papers and regular
* Collaborate with account managers to deliver campaigns that support account-based marketing (ABM) and free trial programmes and Learner adoption.
Digital & Data
* Own performance reporting for corporate marketing activity — from lead generation to deal conversion — ensuring full visibility via HubSpot dashboards.
* Use data to optimise campaigns and identify new opportunities across the buyer journey.
* Support paid and organic digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) to reach B2B audiences.
* Champion best practice in data integrity, lead tracking, and CRM hygiene across marketing and sales.
Community/Events
* Plan and deliver UCD Professional Academy’s corporate events and webinars, including the flagship LEAD Forum and other L&D community gatherings. These are chiefly based in Dublin. While this role is remote first, travel will be required.
* Work with partners and speakers (e.g., senior HR leaders, industry experts, and guest personalities) to deliver high-quality, engaging events
* Coordinate the creation of pre/post-event content for digital channels and sales enablement.
* Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event measurement - frequently on site in UCD, or with clients and partners.
* Partner closely with Corporate Sales, CVM, Operations, and Content teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
* Brief and manage internal/external creative and digital resources.
* Support the continuous improvement of marketing processes and documentation — helping to build a scalable, data-led marketing model.
Skills & Experience
* 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
* Proven track record in planning and executing campaigns end-to-end - driving B2B lead volumes, and increasing customer retention and share of wallet.
* Strong digital marketing capability — CRM, email marketing, reporting, and analytics.
* Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar automation platforms)
* Event management experience — from planning through to post-event content.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
* Story telling - ability to craft compelling content across the entire customer buying journey (pre-sale/ onboarding/retention)
* Experience in higher education, training, or professional services.
* Understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
