Scientific Training Manager
The role of a Scientific Training Manager involves leading the design, implementation, and management of scientific training programs. This includes reviewing existing training methods, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new training initiatives to enhance the technical and compliance-related knowledge of QC and QA analysts.
This position requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage with clients in a commercial support capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Training Manager/Co-ordinator with a background in delivering lab-based training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing current training methods and identifying areas for improvement
* Designing and implementing new scientific training programs
* Managing existing and new training initiatives
* Developing training solutions for both internal and external purposes
* Leading a team of trainers and collaborating with subject matter experts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with approximately 5 years of experience in a training role
* Strong understanding of lab procedures, equipment, and industry regulations
* Demonstrated experience in creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs
