Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Taking full ownership of the division's operational performance and reporting directly to executive leadership.
* Team Empowerment: Cultivating a high‑performing team of engineers and technicians through mentorship, recruitment, and professional development.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Acting as the bridge between structural engineering and other disciplines to ensure seamless, world‑class delivery on complex infrastructure projects.
* Business Growth: Strengthening client relationships and leading high‑stakes tenders to secure our future pipeline.
Qualifications
* Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree.
* Deep technical experience in structural engineering.
* Commercial acumen and leadership presence to manage and coach a high‑performing team.
* Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
* Experience with another consultancy and preferably in the water sector.
