Role:Graduate Shift Manager Type :Permanent Location:Macroom,Cork Work Model :5 days a week onsite in Cork initially,with potential to change to shift work. The Role Graduate Shift Managers are responsible for the overall leadership, direction and coordination of Production employees. The person will manage shift employees to achieve key business objectives of product quality, order fulfilment, OEE, labour efficiency, health and safety and budget control. The person will also act as cover in the absence of the Plant manager and support the Plant Manager in Operations as appropriate.
