 
        
        Claims Handler Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to administer and negotiate damage claims, working closely with claimants to provide excellent customer service and accurate claims advice.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Establish timely, accurate, and consistent reserves and perform ongoing reviews throughout the claims cycle.
 * Proactively manage a portfolio of cases to achieve a settlement, within designated personal authority levels, in line with established standards, procedures, and guidance provided.
 * Drive cases to a timely and accurate resolution, with an absolute focus on customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines. They should also be flexible to business change and have an innovative approach to work, training, and problem-solving.
Additional Responsibilities: Provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, drive efficient and effective claims management processes, strive for continuous improvement, and maintain claims records in accordance with regulatory/statutory and internal requirements.
