Technical Skills Trainer
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver both practical and theoretical training sessions that enhance learning outcomes and boost productivity.
2. Ensure a safe training environment and maintain high standards of occupational health and safety.
3. Prepare and maintain effective training displays, practical support materials, tools, and equipment that meet industry standards.
4. Proactively communicate with training attendees before and after training activities to foster collaboration and teamwork.
5. Support the team in managing up-to-date content on our digital platforms and ensuring seamless integration across departments.
6. Transport training materials as needed between facilities and for external demonstrations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
7. Contribute to the accurate reporting of training activity and provide insights to inform future business decisions.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the construction industry.
9. Support the development of innovative training initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Construction industry qualifications coupled with relevant experience in dry-lining and/or fabric first energy efficiency installation practices.
2. Practical expertise in safe working practices and operation of tools and equipment associated with construction experience, such as plastering and dry-lining.
3. Excellent communication skills suitable for various stakeholders and strong presentation skills to convey technical and practical topics effectively.
4. Knowledge of current construction practices, specifically in dry-lining or fabric first energy efficiency, is preferred.
5. A broad understanding of Building Regulations and product performance attributes is essential.
6. An eye for accuracy and detail to ensure quality deliverables.
7. Able to work effectively in a team environment to deliver key results and business goals.
8. ICT competence and proficiency in MS Office to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
9. A willingness to engage and learn new construction practices in line with current developments, standards, and regulations.
