Job Responsibilities
* Care Provision: Provide comprehensive physical, psychological, and social care to service users in a residential setting.
* Risk Management: Recognize and report any problems or concerns related to the well-being of service users and assist in implementing programs to mitigate risks.
* Leadership: Manage and develop staff, including induction, supervision, and training, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Nursing and registration with An Bord Altranais (R.N.I.D. qualification desirable).
* The ability to work on your own initiative and supervise service users and staff.
* A full clean driving license and indemnification of the organization on your car insurance policy.
* Ability to drive Foundations Transport (minibus) and willingness to receive training.
About the Role:
* Foster parental/family involvement and liaise with parents/guardians/family members; ensure visitors are welcomed and treated with courtesy.
* Create and maintain a therapeutic environment and ensure programs relate to individual strengths and needs.
* Maintain records and reports as required by management.
