This position is responsible for fostering a proactive and improvement-focused culture on-site by promoting and implementing best practices and strategies. Furthermore, the officer will lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting audit preparations and maintaining site accreditations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree-level qualification in Health & Safety and Environmental studies, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and resourceful approach, with a passion for fostering a positive QEHS culture on-site, is also essential for success in this role.
