* Manage designated centres and intellectual disability services in line with regulations and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead service development, including new services and enhancements to existing centres.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise on current and future service opportunities.

* Oversee governance, compliance, and workforce planning across centres.

Requirements:

* QQI L7/8/9 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
">
* Management qualification is desirable.
">
* 5+ years of management experience in the ID or related sector.
">
* Ability to act as PPIM for all services within their remit.
">
* Proficient working knowledge of HIQA Standards and Health Act (2007) and associated regulations and guidance.
">
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
">
* Full clean driving license and access to a car.
">
* Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
