This role involves leading the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex building projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
In conjunction with senior management, develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any potential issues or areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Degree in Engineering or Construction related discipline, 5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings/civils projects, Proven experience as Project Manager running large scale projects, Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,
