Our client, a top 3 main contractor in Ireland, are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Wexford. Their existing projects portfolio include large scale Commercial and Residential, Life Science/Pharma, Mission critical as well as future high profile projects.

Responsibilities
10. Oversee and coordinate all stages of the Mechanical Services project delivery cycle, including Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning.
11. Ensure timely coordination and delivery of design team information and details required for project activities.
12. Implement and manage the MEP deliverables for the project to meet agreed standards.
13. Ensure all MEP works adhere to the highest safety standards.
14. Inspect installations to ensure compliance with the approved quality plan.
15. Monitor project programmes and review the progress of MEP service installations.
16. Foster collaboration between the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
17. Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Mechanical Engineering trade.
18. 7 years' experience in building services co-ordination.
19. Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Med-tech, Pharma, Industrial, Datacentre.
20. Excellent IT skills
21. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
