We are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in our Waterford City office.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with accounts preparations & tax returns for clients
* Data entry
* Bank reconciliation
* VAT & RCT returns
* Payroll
* Miscellaneous duties as required
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience in practice (Essential)
* Confident with figures and have good computer skills
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients
* Flexible and well organized
* Natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment
* Previous use of Bright Software / Sage / AutoEntry is an advantage
* Ability to deal with client queries related to the above
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential

Details
* Location: Waterford City
* Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (in office). Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00; Friday 8:30-14:00
