Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of weekly payroll using Collsoft and Equee Construction Manager software.
You will review timesheets for uploading to Collsoft and Equee Construction Manager software, calculate holiday pay and statutory payments such as sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay, benefits in kind, pension contributions to be included in the payroll process, and prepare bank files & reports for transfers of salary payments.
You will distribute payslips on or before date of payment and process weekly PAYE submissions to Revenue.
This is a part-time role initially with the view to extend hours to full time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years experience in a Payroll Specialist role in a fast-paced environment
* IPASS Certified
* Knowledge of Collsoft & Equee Construction Manager softwares a plus but not mandatory
