Job Title: Project Manager
* Take overall responsibility for delivery of projects in Dublin
* In conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmes
* Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
* Manage contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised
* Maintain good client and design team relations
* Attend client/design team meetings
* Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings
* Appoint subcontractors as required for the project
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading cross-functional teams on large scale building and civil engineering projects.
* Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Collaborating with clients to define project scope and deliverables.
* Developing project timelines and resource allocation plans.
* Managing budgets and ensuring financial reporting accuracy.
* Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings/civils projects.
* Proven track record as a Project Manager leading high-profile projects.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline.
