Primary Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely completion of technical and quality requests.
* Supervise supplier and product approvals to guarantee adherence to key internal and external standards.
* Maintain FSSC / ISO accreditation as well as customer-specific standards.
* Investigate, report, and resolve all product-related customer complaints in a timely manner.
